"Water Heater Mafia is hands down the BEST! My water heater was leaking and stopped working. I had several companies come out and tell me there was no repairing the unit and that I had to replace it - quoting over $4000 to replace. It was horrible. The guys from Water Heater Mafia came in and gave me the honest run down of options and the most reasonable/doable quotes for each option. I opted for repair and the guys did hard honest work cleaning out the unit, changing pipes, putting on a new valve that makes turning it on and off simple if needed. They saved me and gave my water heater several more years of use. If something happens in-between that time I will definitely call Water Heater Mafia and will absolutely call them when I’m ready to replace. They have low, honest and fair pricing. Also Victoria, returned my call within 10 minutes on a Sunday and per my request had the guys out Monday morning 9:30am. Excellent service! Thanks so much for being so honest with the work and pricing. Will recommend to everyone. "

"Hire them with confidence. Excellent service. My water heater was out and they replaced it the same day. They're great. I called one of the companies in Reno and being they don't service Fernley they recommended them to me. Not to mention they were booked out for a month plus. I couldn't be more happy. Professional installation and upgraded to a larger hot water heater at a better price than I was quoted by the other guys (called 3 different companies)! Kevin is a great guy and worked tirelessly to make everything perfect along with plumbing lines with multiple cut outs in the event of a pipe burst or needing to replace any parts."

"From the initial call for a quote, till the finished install and inspection, Water Heater Mafia was top notch! I called them on a Thursday afternoon, Kevin showed up 15 minutes before the scheduled time on friday. We discussed options regarding the water heater I was purchasing. Side note: WHM came in $1000 less that a quote from another company. The following Monday morning I called Victoria at WHM and told her I was ready to buy my new water heater. A couple of hours later, Kevin came, got right to work and a few hours later he was finished. We did a post install inspection together and all was satisfactory. A high quality heater at an affordable price with a very professional install. Great company to do business with."
